About us
We built the calling team that e-commerce operations keep trying to hire.
Every growing D2C brand in India arrives at the same wall. The order volume that makes the business work is exactly the volume that makes calling every buyer impossible — and the calls that stop getting made are the ones that were protecting the margin.
The problem we kept being handed
We started by building workflow automation for e-commerce stores — WhatsApp campaigns, order triggers, the usual apparatus. The same request kept coming back from operations teams, and it was never about messaging.
It was: somebody needs to call this customer. Confirm the COD order before it ships. Find out why the cart was abandoned while the buyer still remembers. Reach the person whose parcel the courier could not deliver, before the reattempt window closes.
Those calls get made when volume is low. They stop when volume grows, which is precisely when they matter most. Brands hire a tele-calling team, discover it does not scale past business hours or past three languages, and go back to sending emails nobody opens.
What we actually built
PrimeAssist runs voice agents inside the same workflow engine that already watches your store. A Shopify order fires an event; the workflow decides whether this order warrants a call; the agent calls, has the conversation, and writes the outcome back onto the order where your fulfilment rules can read it.
It is deliberately not a chatbot with a phone number attached. The agent knows the order value, the payment method, the delivery pincode and the item, because the workflow that placed the call already had them.
We are provider-agnostic on the voice layer by design — the telephony market moves quickly, and a brand’s workflows should not have to be rebuilt when a better voice model appears.
How we think about the calls
A voice agent that wastes a customer’s time is worse than no call. So the conditions matter as much as the conversation: call the orders that carry real risk, at an hour a person will answer, in the language they shop in, and stop calling when they have told you the answer.
Every call is recorded and transcribed, and the outcome is a structured field rather than a summary paragraph — because operations teams need to filter on it, not read it.
See it on your own orders.
Bring a week of COD orders and we will show you which ones a call would have caught.
